Our story
Born in North Wales. Crave the smash.
Every proper story starts with someone stubborn enough to open the shutters on a bad day. Ours starts in the middle of a pandemic, when most of the world had pulled its doors shut and nobody quite knew what came next.
How it started
Still day one energy
That's when our founder opened his first restaurant — an Indian restaurant in North Wales, built on nothing more than grit, long hours, and a genuine love of good food. By most measures, it shouldn't have worked. Hospitality was on its knees. But it did work, and it kept working, growing into one of North Wales's most recognised and multiple award-winning restaurants.
One restaurant became two. Then three. Then four — each one built on the same values as the first: proper food, properly cooked, served by people who actually cared whether you enjoyed it.
By the time Jack's Burger came along in April 2025, we weren't a group of chancers throwing a griddle in a unit and hoping for the best. We were a team that had already spent years learning what North Wales wanted to eat — and we brought every bit of that experience to the grill.
In just over a year, Jack's has grown from one branch to eight across North Wales, with a ninth on the way by the end of this month. Growth this quick isn't luck — it's what happens when the food actually slaps and word gets round.
