Legal entity, brand ownership & branch operation
Jack’s Burger is a trading brand owned and licensed by Jack’s Burger Franchises Ltd (“Jack’s Burger”), a company registered in England and Wales. Company Registration Number: 15341721.
Jack’s Burger restaurants are operated through individual limited companies. Each branch is operated by the specific legal entity identified in the list of branch operators below.
The relevant operating company for your selected branch is the legal entity responsible for fulfilling your order, providing the relevant restaurant services and handling transactions associated with that branch, unless otherwise stated.
Individual Jack’s Burger branches may operate under the same management structure or under a franchise or other licensing arrangement with Jack’s Burger Franchises Ltd.
The use of the Jack’s Burger name, branding, menus, systems and related intellectual property by an individual branch does not mean that all Jack’s Burger branches are operated by the same legal entity.

Payment
When is payment taken?
Payment for online orders is taken when the order is placed through our approved payment provider.
Most Jack’s Burger orders are for same-day collection or delivery. However, where the online ordering system allows customers to schedule an order for a future date or time, payment is taken at the time the scheduled order is placed.
This means that payment may be taken before the food is prepared or delivered where a customer chooses a future collection or delivery time.
Scheduled orders
Scheduled orders are subject to the availability and opening hours of the selected branch.
The available future dates and times will be shown to the customer during the ordering process. The customer will be informed of the applicable delivery or collection time before completing the order.
We do not operate a subscription or long-term advance-payment model for food orders.
If a scheduled order needs to be cancelled or changed, customers should contact the relevant branch as soon as possible. Refunds and cancellations are subject to our ordering and refund terms.
Delivery and collection
Delivery is available only within the relevant branch’s service area. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by demand, traffic, weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and be available to receive the order.
Collection orders should be collected from the selected branch within the stated or agreed collection period. Please contact the branch promptly if you cannot collect an order.
Food, allergens and dietary requirements
Menus and ingredients can change. Customers with food allergies or specific dietary requirements should contact the relevant branch before ordering and should not rely solely on information displayed online. Although we take reasonable precautions, our kitchens handle multiple ingredients and cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.
Calories and energy information
Calorie and energy information is provided as a guide only and is calculated from standard recipes and ingredient data. Actual values may vary due to differences in preparation, ingredient substitution, portion size and suppliers. Some values are estimated using recognised food-composition data (CoFID) where exact supplier information was not available.
